Cookbook Series: Favorite Skinnytaste One & Done Recipes

Two weeks before, I attempted recipes from the The Pioneer Woman Cooks―Super Easy!: 120 Shortcut Recipes for Dinners, Desserts, and More—I wasn't impressed. I didn’t enjoy any of the 6 recipes I tried. I didn’t like how the recipes were written or how the food turned out. I wanted to like this book but as of now, I’m setting it down and moving on. I moved on to a former favorite Skinnytaste. I started this week with the Skinnytaste One & Done cookbook. I’ve enjoyed Skinnytaste recipes for years (since 2014 to be exact). I knew spending the next 2 weeks cooking from this cookbook will get things on the up and up following the Pioneer Woman recipe let down.

If you’re not aware of my recipe challenge, I will recap. In April, I decided to challenge myself to learn new recipes. Each week I pick 3 new recipes to make for my family. I’m spending 2 weeks per cookbook. You can find my first recap on the two Magnolia Table cookbooks here.
